LOOKING AFTER THE PLANT
To keep the leaves of your Ripple Jade vibrant and pretty, keep your plant in a brightly lit space, but don’t let it be scorched by the sun. Also, make sure that your plant is at a comfortable temperature. Extremes of temperature can damage the cells of your plant and create scars in your plant’s leaves.
Plant your Curly Jade in fast-draining soil, and make sure to provide proper water drainage to avoid overwatering. Your plant will usually give you a sign when it needs a drink. If the top 2 inches of the soil is already dry or if the leaves start to wrinkle, that means your plant needs watering.
Just like other succulents, the plant doesn’t need to be fed except when they look pale or unhealthy. Another helpful tip is to bundle up your Ripple Jade. They thrive better in crowded pots as it improves the humidity of their environment.
PLANT CARE WITH PETS AND CHILDREN
The Ripple Jade is toxic to animals and humans, so always make sure your plant is in a hard-to-reach place.
